Life coaching is often the hardest service to explain, because the people who need it most are often the ones who look like they're doing fine. They're managing. They're achieving things. And underneath that, there's a persistent sense that something is off, a direction missing, a confidence that keeps quietly deflating, a version of themselves they haven't managed to reach.

You don't need a crisis to work with me. You need an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to be, and a psychologically grounded way to bridge that gap.

HOW IT WORKS

Sessions are one-on-one, 50 minutes, conducted online via video call. We work at whatever pace suits you. The work shapes itself around where you are and what matters most right now. Some people come with a clear goal. Others come with a feeling and we find the goal together.

I work in English and Dutch, with clients across Europe and the US. Time zones are rarely a problem, I keep flexible hours across both LA and Amsterdam.

We start with a free 20-minute intake conversation. No obligation, no pitch. Just an honest look at where you are, what you're working with, and whether working together makes sense.

QUESTIONS

A few things worth saying upfront.

  • No. "I know something needs to change but I'm not sure what" is one of the most common starting points. That's fine. The intake conversation usually helps clarify it.


  • It's coaching, not therapy. I use psychological frameworks to understand patterns and build new ones. But I don't diagnose, and I don't do personality disorders or clinical work. If that's what you need, I'll tell you honestly and will try to refer you to someone else.

  • A good friend listens. A coach listens differently, with training, with method, and without the social dynamics that make honesty complicated in friendships. I'll say things a friend might not, and I'll hold you to things a friend might let go of.

  • Absolutely. I work online with clients across Europe, the US, and beyond. All sessions are available in English or Dutch.

  • Honestly, it depends. Some people come for a few sessions and leave with exactly what they needed. Others work with me for 6 months or longer. The 12-week package covers most meaningful initial work. After that, we assess together.
