THE RETREAT
We spend so much time on being there for others. In our jobs, in our relationships, in the world. This retreat is an invitation to direct that same type of energy inwards. Four days to attend to the most important relationship you will ever have: the one with yourself.
"The retreat doesn’t change you. It provides the space and safety in which you can change yourself.
In a beautiful location in North Holland, we combine yoga, meditation, emotional well-being and personal leadership. Interwoven with enough free time, delicious vegetarian food and the quiet power of being outside. Small in design (10–16 participants), with enough space for both stillness and sincere connection.
You don't have to have prior experience with yoga or meditation. You don't have to be burned out. You only need one thing: the desire to take time for yourself so that you can connect with your true authentic self.
What the four days have to offer.
Yoga & Movement
Morning- and evening sessions to open the body and quiet the mind. All levels are welcomed.
Meditation
Guided meditations touching on various themes. Strengthen the relationship with you, one breath at the time.
Emotional Wellness
Various workshops to explore how you experience your inner world: your emotions, patterns and mindset.
Personal Leadership
We explore how to regain ownership in life, with clarity and selflove as your compass.
Vegetarian Food
All mweals are included. Nutricious, tasty, plantbased meals. Made by our private chef.
Vitamin N — Nature
Fresh air is part of the program. With your bare feet in the grass or a hike along the shore.
Spare Time
The most precious moments emerge from nothing. Rest and breaks are part of the design.
Real Connection
A small, carefully guided group. And connections that can only be made when people are truly present.

A rhythm, not a schedule.
There is structure, enough to provide safety and continuïty, but also space to breathe. Not every minute is planned. The daily-program shown here is an indication; the final daily-program remains a surprise and is announced the evening prior.
Every day has a theme that builds on the previous one. On the last morning, we close together and work on integration and the transition back to your daily life.

What is included in all rooms: The full retreat program (yoga, meditation, group sessions, workshops), all meals from Thursday lunch to Sunday lunch, accommodation for 3 nights and a well-stocked goodie bag.
